TIBCO Corporate Overview
This is a single-page corporate overview I created while at TIBCO. It’s a good example of making a lot of information on a single page organized and readable, and I also designed the solution stack diagram in the middle.
TIBCO CEP Print Ad
This is a print ad that I art directed for TIBCO, around the launch of their CEP product called BusinessEvents. I came up with the ad concept and wrote the copy, and a designer on my team named Frank Lee created the tree image per my direction.
TIBCO Solution Image
This is a high-level representation of TIBCO’s solution stack that I designed. It’s not a logo, but doesn’t fit into any of my other categories and I wanted to include it.
Green TIBCO Blog
This is the design I came up with for the “Green TIBCO” group.
Green TIBCO Logo
I surprised a lot of people in the TIBCO marketing department with this particular logo, specifically because of how it so prominently leveraged (bastardized?) the the blue element of the TIBCO corporate logo. I had been TIBCO’s “brand cop” since before anybody else on the team even started working for TIBCO, and I’d rejected many different attempts to use or modify the blue square element of our logo. But this image popped into my head as soon as we started discussing the need for a logo for the program, everybody liked it, and I decided that this was an instance where bastardizing the logo for the sake of mother earth would be just fine.
TUCON Logo
This is the logo for TIBCO’s annual user conference, called TUCON. I creative directed it’s design, working with the talented designers at Michael Patrick Partners to come up with a logo that I actually really like. It’s a bold representation of the letters, but they are reversed out, open-ended for a bit of an “optical illusion” effect.
TIBCO’s Web Site; 2008
This is the last TIBCO site I drove the design of. Primary executive direction was “white space, white space, white space” and “has to have a fancy flash interface on the home page.” This is the last TIBCO site I drove the design of. I worked with the branding agency Digital Brewing to arrive at this design, and the awesome TIBCO web team built the sucker.

TIBCO’s Web Site; 2005-2006

This was TIBCO’s site from 2005 to 2006. I led and managed the design of the site, working with the Palo Alto-based agency Michael Patrick Partners.
TIBCO’s Site; 2003-2004
I oversaw the development of this design of the site in 2003. We wanted to introduce bold warm colors like red and orange to stand out from all of the blue logos and branding of our competition.
